The initial situation
DR. VIVIEN KARL was founded in 2021 by the pharmacist of the same name as an intimate care brand made from natural ingredients. Her goal is to remove the taboo surrounding women's intimate health and improve their long-term well-being with the right creams and lotions. The brand sees itself not only as a care brand but also as an educational platform.

In preparation for her appearance on "Die Höhle der Löwen" (The Lion's Den) in summer 2023, DR. VIVIEN KARL needed a stable and high-performance online store that focused beyond pure sales. Customers also needed to get to know the brand, founder, and supporters in depth digitally.
